Making a purchase could not be easier! Just browse our store by clicking on "Shop" above and add any items that you wish to buy to your shopping basket. Once you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept card payments, courtesy of WorldPay. If you are shopping from outwith the UK, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, post or email.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us immediately and we will be happy to correct the mistake.

Delivery charges
All our packages are sent using Royal Mail's Special Delivery Service and we charge you simply the cost charged by Royal Mail:

Special Delivery Next Day £4.95 (arrives before 1pm next day)
Special Delivery Saturday Guarantee £6.95

If you need your jewellery urgently and there's a chance that no one will be available to accept your package on the day of delivery, think about using an alternate delivery address (maybe the office?) or request Saturday delivery.

All our jewellery comes beautifully packaged. If you would like us to add a special message to a purchase that's intended as a gift, please just let us know!

Delivery Schedule
We aim to despatch your order within one working day of receiving your order and you will be notified when your goods are sent. All packages are sent using Royal Mail's Special Delivery Service and and should arrive the day following despatch.

Please inform us within two working days if the goods do not arrived or are damaged in transit. Quoting your order number on all correspondence will help speed things up.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will be happy to accept an order from you. Please send an email or call to discuss. Typically, items ordered are despatched within two weeks of ordering, but ocassionally, as our jewellery is hand made in Mexico, it may take up to three weeks. We will advise you of the expected delivery date when you place your order and you reserve the right to cancel should you wish to do so.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, VAT at the prevailing rate is is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Credit Card Security
Valentina Silver uses RBS WorldPay to process payments; once your order is placed you will be transferred to the RBS WorldPay payment gateway where your credit or debit card details will be captured and securely processed. As a Royal Bank of Scotland company, RBS WorldPay offers the highest security features available including card authentification, AVS/CVV2/CVC verification and Risk Management fraud screening.

Returns Policy
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods (in the same condition as despatched) within 14 working days for a full refund. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 14 days of receiving the returned goods in the same condition as despatched. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.

These terms apply to your order.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
